Bill Blondeau2024-11-01Genuinely happy with the job Benchmark Exteriors did for us, repairing hail damage. Everyone was professional and capable. Craftsmanship was good on all points. JASON COLON, our sales rep, was particularly helpful. From the beginning, he clarified the insurance coverage and how Benchmark would act as contractor for the repairs. He explained the language so we could talk to the insurer without misunderstandings. His advice was always timely and helpful. He watched and guided the hardworking crew to ensure that nothing was missed, and that everything was done properly. I'd recommend Benchmark without reservation.

Jordon Johns2024-07-24Can’t recommend Benchmark Exteriors enough! They were great with the insurance company to get the roof covered and timely in getting the roof done. They realized when taking the shingles off that my roof had spaced decking that was out of code. Even though they were not prepared for that as there is no way to know until the roof is off, they were still able to get the material they needed to finish the job the same day. Kitchen and bathroom vents are now properly ventilated along with a solar vent for the roof. Looks of issues from the previous company putting this roof on and flipper not connecting the vents properly causing leaks. All corrected by Benchmark. Great job to the team and thank you for getting this done so quickly!

Jean-Yves Sgro2024-04-26I just told Saint-Hylton Coombs from Benchmark Exteriors that I would give 6 starts if that was an option! This young man has been guiding us through the process of inspecting the roof, getting things organized with insurance, always with a smile and solid knowledge. The experience culminated today (April 25, 2024) with the installation of the replacement roof, cleanly done with a great crew, in one day. Saint-Hylton was always present today and previous weeks at key moments, explaining all the various aspects of the processes... either in person or by phone. Really the best customer service one could ever expect during the whole process. Benchmark Exteriors and Saint-Hylton will be my first choice in future house improvement projects, and will certainly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

His ability to help us and his desire to meet with our insurance estimator allowed our new roof to go very smooth. We have a large roof (54 squares) with steep pitches and 2 turrets, yet his crew completed the tear off to final clean up in just 12 hours; simply amazing. I highly recommend Jason as he was very professional, courteous and friendly.
Erik Lapre2023-02-01Our house suffered siding damage during a hailstorm. I was working with another company who became unresponsive for an extended period of time. I decided to contact some of the other companies who were doing work in the area and ended up working with Austin Juhlin from Benchmark Exteriors. Austin was great, he came out quick to assess the damage, dealt with my insurance company and had the project wrapped up much quicker than I could have anticipated. It was a great experience and I would use Benchmark Exteriors again in the future.
